Workshops and Events

GEOValue events are both physical and vitual meetings which enable practionners to come together and exchange their experience. Events are held regularly including annually at the GEO Plenary. Follow GEO events through this website or on LinkedIN.

Events are typically of 3 types:

1. GEO Events; held during GEO plenary, regional GEO workshops or ad hoc GEO workshops.

2. GEO Conversations; which are meetings of the GEO community together with either projects or other activities carrying out impact assessments. These may be GEO work programme activites such as GEOGlam, GFOI, GEO Blue Planet etc, or other national/international efforts with a focus on value/benefits analysis.

3. Other events such as the ESA Living Planet Symposium where workshop/presentations are organized to raise wider awareness of GEOValue and add to the GEOValue Community.
